Calling All Desktop Support Engineers...

We are currently looking for a number of aspiring Desktop Support Engineers to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer technical issues.

Providing IT Services and Consultancy to the UK Public Sector including local and central government agencies, blue light, healthcare and defence.

MUST HOLD NPPV2/CTC

Support Engineer Skills

• NPPV2/CTC

• Take ownership of customer problems

• Respond to requests for technical assistance

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely, concise and informative manner

• Completion of service tickets in a timely, concise and informative manner

• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

• Follow and maintain ITIL Process

• Attend customer sites and provide IT support as directed by the customer

Desirable Skills

• Experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Support role

• Technical experience with: Windows 10, Windows Server OS (2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, Office 365, PBX systems, Backup solutions

• Experience of working within an ITIL framework, ideally with an ITIL Foundation certificate

New Season Begins

The new season is upon us and as proud sponsors of Burnham Juniors under 13s Jaguar whites we are looking forward to the new season starting. Coached by Sidestep's Sales Manager Luke Barron we feel we have a great team in place for this season. The boys have now moved into the Wycombe League and this is the first year of 11 aside.
